Get rid of seagulls permanently. Common traits of seagulls are their black markings that exist on their heads and or wings. The lingering presence of seagulls will damage roofs due to dislodged tiles and debris that are stuck on the drains. Seagulls are often seen in parking lots near large water supplies and on roofs of buildings.

This can pose a direct fire hazard to buildings. When seagulls are nesting they will pick up anything that they can use including lit cigarette butts. Their droppings look obscene and can carry parasites. Seagulls seek out high points on roofs and chimneys so installing parallel wires plastic or steel spikes or polyurethane netting in these areas can help prevent birds from perching.

Birds make a lot of noise throughout the day and especially in the early morning while you are trying to sleep. They can first be noticed because of the sound they make but they are opportunistic hunters that will swoop down and snatch up their prey.
